United Mechanical completed works to the PDI and workshop building as well as to the newly constructed showroom and administration site.

The showroom in particular need a great deal of design input as the building was to reuse its existing steel portal frame, meaning that to achieve the desired appearance there was limited space for mechanical and electrical services.
